- يمكن استبدال المنتجات خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام بشرط أن تكون بحالتها الأصلية وغير مفتوحة.
- لا يتم استرجاع الأموال في حالة فتح المنتج أو استخدامه.
- في حالة وجود تلف أو خطأ في الطلب، يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام، وسنقوم بحل المشكلة فورًا على نفقتنا.
